The PDF of your artwork is intended for content and position only.
The colours shown are only simulated on your computer monitor.
Colour appearance may vary from computer to computer depending on colour, contrast and brightness settings on each computer, and surrounding lighting conditions.
Pixel based elements are low resolution to accommodate email limitations, any resolution issues will be noted in the email to which the PDF is attached.
The composite page may not display correctly due to limitations of the viewing application used to display it.
The colours that you see on your computer screen may be different to how the colours look on another computer screen. It is the same as if you go into a TV shop. The TVs might be showing the same show, but all of the colours will look slightly different. We have to make the PDF smaller in file size so that we can email it to you. To do this we make the pictures in your artwork lower quality so sometimes a picture that should look crisp and clear may look fuzzy and jagged. Having said this, if you are concerned about any images in your artwork then check with us. We use Adobe Acrobat Professional 8. Your version of Adobe Acrobat may be slightly different to the version we use. The artwork may have certain printing requirements such as overprinting that do not look how they should because your version of Acrobat does not have the facility to show overprint.
Remember it is better to ask questions before your artwork is printed instead of waiting until thousands of copies are printed!
As the customer, you are solely responsible for final approval of the PDF and for certifying it is accuracy.

You are responsible for supplying your artwork correctly and checking through the proofs that we send you! If you have set up your artwork with elements that you did not intend, then it is not our fault when the artwork is printed that way! If you need to make changes or re-supply artwork, then this could mean that your artwork is not ready to send to the printers on time for meet the schedule that we have arranged. In addition our CD or record may not be delivered to you on the date that was originally arranged. Do not tell us that the artwork is approved before you have made sure that everything is correct! Once you have said that it is approved then it may be too late to change it. Please make a print out of the proofs and check through everything, then ask someone else to check it too. Two checks are better than one!
