Essential Info
All of our printing is now done computer to plate (CTP) and although we can accept artwork supplied as a PDF file, we prefer to be supplied with native (original) file formats. Experience has shown that there is a wide variety of potential pitfalls in outputting PDFs for press and so it is important that you use the templates we provide. These are available in Quark Xpress, Adobe InDesign and as Acrobat PDFs. All artwork should conform to the specifications outlined here and on the templates to avoid extra charges.

ARTWORK CHARGES
When you supply artwork we will usually apply a small charge for checking the artwork before it goes to the printer. Charges vary dependening on how you supply your artwork so you should read our page on charges and checking options. ARTWORK CHARGES
PRINT WAIVER
If you are submitting final print ready PDFs and you have elected NOT to have them checked by Key Production you must submit this waiver. PDF PRINT WAIVER
PDF PROOFS APPROVAL
Before your artwork is printed we will send you PDF proofs of your designs for final approval. Before we can continue with the job you must return the PDF Approval Agreement which includes a guide to checking and approving your PDFs. PDF APPROVAL
