As an example, I've been doing some work for another company who also use Key and I had one of my artworks returned to me three times by a very helpful member of staff there, each time with specific details about what the problem was (ink coverage, text visibility issues etc) and helpful and illuminating information about how to fix it. She even attached screen grabs so I could be in no doubt as what was needed. I learnt more about PDF production from her in a day than I had in the preceding three years
