i just wanted to say thank you for the work on the trent reznor 'girl with the dragon tattoo' soundtrack album. we had incredibly tight deadlines to release the soundtrack to one of the biggest films of the year, there was no room for error or delay, and we managed to hit the release on the same day as the film opened. i am positive that we wouldn't have been able to do that without the attention to detail key production gave it, but it worked and i am very very grateful to key and kerry for making this happen. please thank any of the team that were involved outside of yourselves, mute and i are very grateful

Almost forgot to email you with my thanks for vinyls!..... we're delighted with the finished product, particularly the quality of the record itself as it sounds fantastic. A big thank you to yourself and key production too, it's been noted by everyone at Electone how well the whole process was managed by yourselves and how helpful staff have been when we needed to ask (one of many) questions. Pre-order sales of record have been going very well for us and we'll planning our second release for later in the year soon. Goes without saying we'll be using your services for this release too.

2 x 8” Square Record Hi David, we received square records today. They look great and listening is also great. Thank you for organizing this. I am looking forwards tomorrow opening. Yuko best Yuko Shiraishi’s most recent project is entitled ‘Specimen’. It is a multiple work that takes the form of an edition of square vinyl records encoded with insect sounds, each disc being housed in an entomological specimen box. There are four tracks in total. ‘Specimen’ is composed by Yuko Shiraishi. ‘The Passage of the Butterfly’ is composed by Yuko Shiraishi and Tadao Kawamura after the poem of this title by Edgar Allan Poe. ‘White White Whale’ after Herman Melville’s Moby Dick is also jointly composed by Shiraishi and Kawamura. The fourth track, composed by the English sound artist John Matthias, is entitled ‘Ten Mile Bank’. Each disc and its specimen box constitute an integral whole that compels us into Shiraishi’s unique world of creativity and imagination.

As an example, I've been doing some work for another company who also use Key and I had one of my artworks returned to me three times by a very helpful member of staff there, each time with specific details about what the problem was (ink coverage, text visibility issues etc) and helpful and illuminating information about how to fix it.
