I always feel like I am part of something bigger than just work/my job….Key really is like an extended family.
In comparison to other places I’ve worked, Key and the people who work for Key uphold values that respect and celebrate diversity.
The company respects the employees' right to be an individual and does not insist on us being a homogenous unit with no say in how the company is run. Diverse opinions are valued and this allows the company to continually evolve.
I really appreciate that the company continues to actively offer more and more staff benefits, fair pay and making a real effort to allow us to adapt new ways of working.
