Key Production Group accelerates European expansion with new Hamburg office and new appointment

London, UK, Wednesday 9th September, 2026: Key Production Group, Europe’s leading bespoke physical music and packaging manufacturing agency, unveils significant growth in its EU division.
Launched in 2024, Key Production EU was established to bring the company’s physical music manufacturing and packaging expertise to the European market. Since its launch, the division has recorded a 97.7% compound monthly growth rate, bringing its award-winningservices to clients across Germany, France, Denmark, Belgium, Italy, Spain and more.
The continued growth has prompted Key Production EU to expand its presence in Germany with a new Hamburg office. Felix Horstmann has joined the team as Account Manager, where he will oversee projects from the initial receipt of artwork through to delivery of the finished product.

Establishing a presence in Hamburg is the next step in strengthening our European offering and bringing us closer to the clients we work with.”

The European division gives clients access to Key Production Group’s wider supply chain, alongside project management, quality control and expertise across the production and delivery of physical music. Sustainability remains a key focus for the division. As a certified B Corp, Key Production Group works to incorporate sustainable practices throughout the physical music production process, from design and materials through to manufacturing and packaging.
Key Production Group is also involved in a number of international initiatives focused on improving sustainability across the physical music sector, including the Vinyl Alliance Sustainability Working Group, the Vinyl Record Manufacturers Association Sustainability Group and the IMPALA Sustainability Task Force. The company is also a supporter of the Music Climate Pact.
