London, UK, Wednesday 10th June 2026: Key Production Group,

Europe’s leading bespoke physical music and packaging manufacturing agency, today announces the launch of The Fancentric Pack ® - a fan-shaped storage solution for vinyl, CDs and other physical music formats. The Fancentric Pack ® is the first product developed by Key’s internal product development group, Key Intel.

The Fancentric Pack ® is a premium packaging solution designed with collectors and fans at its core. Offering a striking alternative to traditional rigid slipcase and lift-off lid box formats, it features a rigid outer case with a fan-opening, concertina-style disc system - designed to hold multiple discs - housed within a high-quality slipcase. The format opens fully, allowing it to stand for display while providing easy access to its contents.

Tanzy Burrill, Creative Manager at Key Production, said, “A huge amount of thought and craftsmanship has gone into creating something that not only looks beautiful but also genuinely enhances how fans engage with physical music. There's nothing else like it on the market at the moment, its innovative design offers artists and labels something that stands out, and we’re already seeing a strong interest from those who recognise how this format can elevate their releases.

Key Production's Fancentric Pack

Created by passionate music enthusiasts with a deep understanding of collector behaviour, The Fancentric Pack ® delivers a space-efficient, shelf-ready solution with strong visual impact. It is particularly suited to anniversary editions, multi-album releases and deluxe box sets, where both presentation and user experience are key. The product also fits into standard retailer shelving.

John Service, Sustainability and Strategic Planning Director, continued, “The Fancentric Pack ® is the result of a genuinely creative process, challenging ourselves to move beyond established formats and design something that feels both intuitive and distinctive. It’s about creating a structure that works in harmony with the music, giving artists and designers a more expressive canvas to tell their story.”

Sigur Rós are the first artists to use The Fancentric Pack ® for the release of their upcoming reissue Ágætis byrjun. This re-issue of this seminal album is part of Rough Trade’s 50th

celebration, featuring 4 vinyl LPs + collectors' art cards all housed within The Fancentric Pack ®.

Dean O'Connor, Manager Sigur Rós added, “When you're working with a band that places such importance on the physical and visual experience of their releases, packaging has to feel like an extension of the music itself. The Fancentric Pack ® immediately stood out as something genuinely different. It’s tactile, beautifully presented and gives fans a more immersive way to connect with the record. It’s the kind of format that makes owning the physical product feel special.”

Launched in March 2025, Key Intel is an in-house development team, overseeing the ideation, creation and release of new products. Key Production Group has always been at the forefront of innovations in the physical music and packaging space, and Key Intel is already enabling the company to expand its diverse range of offerings, resulting in new commercial opportunities.
